A 30-year-old food delivery agent was beaten up by angry occupants of an apartment in Electronics City after an eight-year-old girl made a false complaint that the agent had forcibly taken her to the terrace, earlier this week. Footage from a CCTV camera installed outside a paying-guest accommodation next to the apartment on Neeladri Road revealed the girl going to the terrace alone and playing there, which helped discover the truth.
