Union minister Amit Shah on Wednesday took a jibe at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi during his speech on no trust motion in the Lok Sabha. "We have seen one opposition leader being launched 13 times and every such attempt has failed," Amit Shah said without taking the name of Rahul Gandhi.
