Union home minister Amit Shah on Thursday initiated the debate on the Delhi Services Bill in Lok Sabha and launched a scathing attack on Aam Aadmi Party which rules Delhi and is opposing the Bill tooth and nail. He accused the AAP of indulging in confrontation instead of governance.
