Indian intelligence sources have revealed that pro-Khalistan elements in Canada, including slain terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, have been establishing a "pro-Khalistan brigade" by sponsoring visas for young Punjab youths. These individuals are brought in under the guise of medium-skilled jobs or religious duties in gurdwaras controlled by the pro-Khalistan elements.
