Two friends were charred to death in a car fire in Noida on Saturday. The fire may have been caused by a short circuit in the car's air conditioner, fire department officials said. The victims were identified as Vijay Chaudhary and Anas. Chaudhary was a software engineer and Anas ran a furniture business. CCTV footage showed the car catching fire outside the society. The bodies were sent for an autopsy and an investigation into the matter is under way.
