The bodies of a woman and a girl child were found in Assam's Barak river, following a day of unrest in Manipur sparked by the discovery of six bodies, suspected to be those of missing people from a relief camp. Mobs in Imphal valley targeted homes of 13 MLAs, vandalizing and setting fire to several properties.
