A Kolkata court has found Sanjay Roy guilty in the RG Kar rape and murder case. Roy, a civic volunteer, maintains his innocence, alleging the involvement of an IPS officer. The 28-year-old PG medic's death ignited nationwide protests for justice. The sentencing will take place on Monday. The CBI investigation and subsequent chargesheet were prepared following the outcry.
